I absolutely LOVE being a REALTOR® and owning my own company, Hometown Realty of Grand Junction.

I strive to do the best job possible emphasizing a relaxing yet thorough transaction, removing the worry of what could be a very stressful time, whether you're a Buyer or Seller.

A few words about Lisa

I started my Real Estate career at the beginning of 2007. Before that I was a stay-at-home mom to three amazing children, Brandon, BreeAnna, and Brittanie, who now have children of their own. I love adventure and living on the Western Slope allows me all of the wonderful opportunities to do so. My passion is riding one of my two Harleys with my husband Tate beside me!

I specialize in Residential Real Estate including but not limited to Sellers of all types of properties, First-time Home Buyers, Repeat Buyers, Veterans, Seniors, Investors, Bank Owned and Short Sales.

I also appreciate the Referrals I receive!

For Buyers, I understand the importance of helping you find the right home – which is why I never place pressure on purchasing something you feel isn't the right fit for you.

For Sellers, I do what I can to get your home sold, knowing compensation isn't received until the job is complete.

I say to Buyers and Sellers alike, if you aren't sure which direction to go I would love the opportunity to help by answering any questions you have, in hopes of guiding you the right way.

Importance of Volunteering

Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2007, I've volunteered with our Association in several capacities. In the past I've been voted to a Director position three times and am currently serving on several committees, MLS, PR, and Member Services.

I also had the privilege of serving our special needs community with Special Olympics (2004 - 2016) as part of the Regional Management Team, helping with PR, and to organize various events within our community.
