Pet Policy depending on the property, tenants may or may not be allowed to have pets on the Premises. If pets are not allowed on the premises, they are not to be allowed at anytime, with the exception of licensed animals needed by the blind, deaf, disabled or under any medical conditions with documentation. If pets are agreed upon then tenant will need to read our Pet Agreement and sign at the time of leaseing property. If pets are permitted, there is a $300.00 per pet refundable deposit.
We require all tenants to have a Renters Insurance Policy.
Renters insurance coverage protects you and your personal belongings if the worst happens. While you may only be renting your apartment or house, chances are you own most of the stuff in it. And while your landlord's insurance policy on the home typically covers the building structure itself, protecting your valuables comes down to you.
